Strategy and development

Linda works offering expert strategic input to organisation’s development of their IP including content and brand licensing.  She currently works with UK’s leading archives and independent museums, delivering effective strategy, market positioning and robust product development. She has a proven track record in lobbying, industry negotiation working with clients such as BBC, the European association CEPIC, and the USA digital licensing association DMLA.

Awarded for her outstanding contribution to industry after serving for over a decade as CEO of British Association of Picture Libraries and Agencies (BAPLA).  Linda became BAPLA’s senior consultant and industry spokesperson on the legislative reform of copyright and set up her own consultancies supporting the circular economy.

She has served on numerous industry boards and has significant expertise in managing teams, groups and steering meetings.  Linda helps teams manage change a process supported by her ORSC training systems work.
